INGREDIENTS

Water

Natural spring water from the Austrian Alps recommended for overall good nutrition and has a beneficial ratio of life important minerals - Calcium, Magnesium and very low amount of Sodium, Nitrate and Nitrite. Due to its quality and cleanliness it is currently used and recommended by European countries in early nutrition as well as for people with heart and kidney problems.

AQUAMIN® (Lithothamnion Calcareum)

A seaweed-derived mineral source, Aquamin is rich in calcium, magnesium and 74 other trace minerals including zinc, iron and selenium. It is produced from the red algae, Lithothamnion Calcareum, which is found in just three locations in the world. These algae absorb essential minerals from the sea – this gives Aquamin its unique multimineral content. The algae then break down naturally and settle on the sea bed. Food is more powerfull than any weight loss pills. Your body is an "ENGINE". It needs to be feeded regularly otherwise it will not burn the calories but store them in fat tissue for "worse times".

To maintain a proper diet means:

2. Eat 5 to 7 times per day (every 2 or 3 hours)
3. Eat smaller portions
4. Eat miscellaneous food rich on vegetables, fruits and graham nutrients
