Water

Natural spring water from the Austrian Alps recommended for overall good nutrition and has a beneficial ratio of life important minerals - Calcium, Magnesium and very low amount of Sodium, Nitrate and Nitrite. Pinneaple

Pineapple is an excellent source the trace mineral manganese, which is an essential cofactor in a number of enzymes important in energy production and antioxidant defenses. Pineapple is rich in fiber, contains modest amounts of vitamin C, potassium and a unique digestive enzyme bromelain, a group of sulfur-containing proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzymes that not only aid digestion, help to metabolize fat, but can effectively reduce inflammation and swelling.

Grapefruit
