REGULAR PROPER DIET
Food is more powerfull than any weight loss pills. Your body is an "ENGINE". It needs to be feeded regularly otherwise it will not burn the calories but store them in fat tissue for "worse times".
To maintain a proper diet means:
Regular food intake regulates and improves metabolism. Eat slowly. Your body recognizes that you have eaten after 20 minutes. Adapt the food quantity to your physical activities. When you have less physical activities, you should eat less food.

Do not keep strong and drastic diets. It is dangerous, you may harm yourself. By these diets you take out not only fat but also water, minerals and muscles, which are essential for fat burning and changing fat to energy. When finishing with these diets body takes on the lost wight very quickly and because of adapted (understand changed) metabolism, the body stores additional energy in the form of fat.
